- Though I may look like a run of the mill girl from Orange County, this I am not. I believe myself to be a thrill seeker and chance taker, but at the same time extremely cautious. I am about to embark on the biggest adventure of my life. I have recently been accepted into a masters program where eleven months will be spent in Shanghai, China. I will be studying it's complex and extremely fast growing economy and society. I believe that China will play a crucial, perhaps even a centralized roll in business, economic and most importantly, political affairs in our life time. I hope to become almost fluent in the Chinese language as well as learn their social, cultural and business ways so that I can help better enlighten our great country of the vastly different way of China.
